This place has gone downhill. The servers are rude and it feels like we are bothering them when we are placing an order. The fried egg rolls were cold and soggy when they were brought out. I also placed a to-go order and made sure to ask 3 times about a specific sauce being placed in the bag, when I got there to pick up the order, the bald waiter ensured that it was in there (he looked annoyed). We got home and the sauce wasn’t in there. This place was exciting at first but has gone downhill in service and food. Although prices have gone up along with the attitudes. Very disappointing.

So far the Best Vietnamese Pho shop in San Antonio. The quality fresh Pho options and entrees are framed by a little broth appetizer, and a purple taro root tapioca dessert served hot. I always like to bring friends here, and we always enjoy it. The operating hours are staggered, so check to make sure it's open when you are planning on going.

Definitely the best vietnasmese place in the medical center. The brisket pho is worth it. They charge a premium to get decent portions of meat. The service is usually good.

I go to Berni whenever I crave what I consider my comfort foods- pho, eggrolls, and this DELICIOUS hot taro, pudding. The place is never too loud or busy. Definitely recommend trying it out!
